• 1 small frozen banana
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 1 tablespoon oats
• 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1-1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk or filtered water
1。Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend into a smooth consistency.If you like it a little runnier add extra milk or water.
