This sweet and creamy strawberries and cream smoothie is like a strawberry milkshake,但更健康。I wanted to create a yummy recipe in honor of this delicious berry and the spring and summer months.
Strawberry and cream is a classic combination,so I decided to make a healthy but yummy recipe that you can all enjoy that doesn't have any added refined sugar,加工乳制品或添加剂。I seriously am in love with this smoothie and have been enjoying it daily!I hope you love it as much as I do!!

- 1 cup fresh strawberries (about 6-7 medium)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop strawberry or vanilla protein powder (I usednuzest）
- 3-4 ice cubes
