3 handfuls rocket
3 courgettes,thinly sliced using a julienne peeler or spiralizer
½ punnet tomatoes,一分为二
1 large avocado,切成方块
Juice from 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
在煎锅中用中火融化椰子油。Add prawns and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until prawns are pinked and cooked through.
Add lemon juice,olive oil and mustard into a small jar,pop on the lid and shake together.
In a large bowl add rocket,spiralized courgettes,切碎的西红柿，avocado and drizzled the dressing on top.把配料搅拌在一起。
把沙拉放到两个盘子里，top with prawns,sprinkle with salt and pepper and enjoy!!
