- 1 whole organic or free range chicken
- 5 courgettes,切块或切成圆形块
- 1 large white onion,薄片
- 4 garlic,peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley,finely chopped
- 6 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- Place chicken in the middle of a slow cooker,then add in all the remaining ingredients.
- Set on low for 8 hours.
- Once finished,remove the chicken and shred it from the bone.把鸡肉放回慢锅里，把配料混合在一起。Using a ladle pour soup into bowls and enjoy!！
