Here are my simple tips & ideas which you can incorporate into your day that will help to ensure you stay healthy and on track throughout your holidays,whether at home or abroad.
- Continue to keep up your healthy routines and eating habits.
Just because the silly season is upon us it doesn't mean you should throw out all the hard work you have done this year.I still try to exercise 4-5x per week and start my day with a glass of warm water and apple cider vinegar,then follow this with a healthy breakfast.
Hydration is key to surviving the Christmas party season.If you are drinking alcohol you need to step up your hydration game because as you know – it's really dehydrating to your body.水是最容易补充水分的方法，you could also enjoy coconut water,草药茶，新鲜蔬菜汁
I always take a water bottle with me everywhere I go. At least 2 litres of water will plump your skin,get you hydrated and have you glowing in no time!!
Sleep is something we all need more of during the silly season.如果你精力不足，我建议你休息一两晚，确保您获得优质的夜间睡眠。8 hours each night when possible!!

- Start your day day with warm water and 1-2 tbsp of raw apple cider vinegar.

- Love your liver!!

- Limit alcohol consumption (stop drinking a few drinks earlier than usual).
Alcohol overloads your liver with toxins which will not make you feel your absolute best.选择更健康的选择，如伏特加，fresh lime and soda,or stick to 1-2 drinks a night,and try to get a few alcohol free nights in each week.
- Beat sugar cravings.

- Be kind to yourself - practice self-love and forgiveness.
