I made this chocolate almond butter smoothie bowl for breakfast in the weekend and it was SO GOOD I had to share it with you guys.So good I was tempted to make another bowl!You can make this smoothie bowl in a matter of minutes for a nutritious and oh-so-delicious breakfast or afternoon snack,heck you could even have it for dessert!It's full of healthy fats which will help you keep you satiated for hours.
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1/2 large frozen banana (or 1 small frozen)
1 serving chocolate protein (2 tbsp worth)
Small handful of ice
Toppings: raw cacao nibs,raw cacao powder,椰子丝
1。Place all ingredients (except the toppings) into a blender and blend together until smooth.
2.把冰沙倒进碗里，在上面放上生可可豆。raw cacao powder,shredded coconut and enjoy immediately!!
