1.Heat a large fry pan with 1 tsp coconut oil.Mash the banana with a fork until it forms a paste. Crack the egg into the banana and mix together until well combined,（我加了一小撮肉桂——因为我对肉桂很着迷，而且很好吃！）
三。Top with desired toppings: additional banana,greek or coconut yoghurt,pinch of cinnamon,pure maple syrup.
